Jessica Knapp, DVM, MS, DACVS
SURGERY

Dr. Jessica Knapp grew up in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. She attended veterinary school at Washington State University, staying on to complete a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery in Pullman. She was at the University of Missouri for 4 years where she completed a small animal surgical residency.
Dr. Knapp’s master’s thesis evaluated canine angular limb deformities of the antebrachium and the corresponding joint disease. These findings were presented at the World Veterinary Orthopedic Congress/Annual Veterinary Orthopedic Society meeting in 2014 and awarded the Mark S. Bloomberg Memorial Resident Research Award.
She enjoys all aspects of soft tissue, orthopedic, and neurosurgery with a special interest in ALD corrections and oncologic surgery.
Jessica is excited to now live and work in the San Francisco Bay Area. In any available spare time, she is usually hiking or exploring her new surroundings with her family. Dr. Knapp is currently accepting direct referrals for Surgery consultations and procedures at our convenient Daly City location Tuesday-Friday. Please call to schedule a consultation or to just say hello!
